Partially Compensated is a stop-motion animated film inspired by the author`s experience with the learning difference of dyslexia. The film illustrates the anxiety, isolation, and confusion of a child discovering their difference from other children. Through the course of the film, Violet must learn to embrace her differences and in so doing finds that there are advantages to thinking differently.
