We present to you the film catalog for the 13th international film festival «Breaking Down Barriers.» This year, festival viewers will have the chance to see more than 90 of the best Russian and international films about people with disabilities from 27 countries around the world. The competition includes both short and feature-length films. All films are accompanied by Russian subtitles.
