NGO «Perspektiva» invites you to the 13th International Film Festival «Breaking down barriers» about the lives of people with disabilities, which will be held from November 7 to 10 in Moscow.
Premiere screenings for connoisseurs of meaningful films will take place at the «Formula Kino TsDM» cinema at the address: Teatralny Proezd, 5/1, Central Department Store for Children (TsDM), 6th floor.
The closing ceremony will be held at the «Cinema Park Mosfilm» cinema at Mosfilmovskaya St., 1, building 44.

Over its more than twenty-year history, the festival has received tens of thousands of submissions: videos, feature and documentary films, and animated pictures.
Both short and feature-length works are included in the competitive and non-competitive programs. This year, the film festival received over 950 submissions from 70 countries worldwide.
«Breaking Down Barriers» gathers like-minded people who are passionate about inclusion. The films presented at the festival evoke a wide range of emotions – you will empathize with the characters and be inspired by their fight for rights, dreams, and love», – emphasizes the festival’s visionary and director, Denise Michel Roza.

The «Breaking down barriers «festival so decisively, passionately, and brightly breaks down these barriers and helps us to be kinder and more tolerant towards each other», – shared Russian film director and screenwriter Nikolay Lebedev, who headed the festival jury in 2022.
On the closing day of the inclusive film festival, November 10, the award ceremony for the winners will be held. It will take place at the «Cinema Park Mosfilm» theater: 1 Mosfilmovskaya Street, Building 44.
