Ten year-old Eduardo is a passionate soccer player, very smart and with exceptional courage, so that he is continually in trouble. Even though he is a victim of armed conflict in Colombia, because of a landmine in which he lost one of his legs, his disability was not an impediment to what he proposed.
His environment was bound to change when his parents decide to put him into a home for children; an institute led by a director, a conservative man, who will make life impossible for the boy and Eduardo will do the same to him. Eduardo and his buddies overcome incredible obstacles and experiences to achieve their mission: to participate undetected in a child soccer tournament of the neighboring village.
