Aleksey Tsaryov is a seventeen year-old leader at school and is poised to become a champion on the junior alpine skiing team. Alexey has a girlfriend – Lina – and a friend – Kostya, who is his rival in sports and in love. Alexey is the first in everything. He is confident and does not know how to, nor wants to lose. But everything changes in an instant. After Aleksey suffers a tragic accident that is Kostya’s fault, their friendship is sorely tested. But fortitude, kindness and love help them to overcome their trials and lead each of them to victory.
